Laurent Xatart
Managing Partner
Co-founder and Managing Partner at LINEX Capital. Laurent has a strong Private Equity and M&A mindset with deep and significant experience in both finance and operations in the fintech space, executing both direct PE and structured secondary portfolio transactions. Laurent has 20 years of experience in the loyalty and rewards sector: he was the Co-founder and former CEO at GIIFT (Leading loyalty solutions provider) and served previously as CFO at Sodexo – Rewards and motivation solutions (currently Pluxee). He also served as CFO of BRG, a Starwood Capital Group portfolio company and holds a Master in Finance from European Business School - Paris and London.
Philippe Stephan
Managing Partner
Co-founder and Managing Partner at LINEX Capital. Philippe has 30 years of managing and integrating product teams in fintech. He was formerly CTO of GIIFT, a leading loyalty solutions provider with 500+ employees, and was previously Head of Products at ViewPost, a payments and invoicing platform processing $2B per month. He also served on the executive committee at RMS, overseeing risk models, software, and data production, and was Co-founder and CTO of Moody’s Analytics, leading development of credit risk models and tools. Philippe was previously a founding member of CALFP Bank (a Crédit Agricole–Lazard Frères JV), Philippe is a graduate of the French École des Mines
